Cancellation Policy
No call , no shows are subject to pay 50% of missed appointment before rescheduling .
Cancellation within 48 hrs are subject to pay 30% of appointment before rescheduling .
Sick or family emergency will be an exception, I understand life happens.
Please do not arrive to your appointment sick, you will be asked to reschedule.
If you are more than 15 late for your appointment time can result in cancellation and or needing to reschedule ,resulting in a 50% fee.
Be mindful if you are getting a color or chemical service that you don't wear your best clothes, accidents can happen and we are not responsible for any clothing or accessories that may get damaged/discolored.
