No call no show must pay for missed appointment before rescheduling
Cancellation within 24 hrs must pay 30% of appointment before rescheduling
Sick or family emergency will be an exception, I understand life happens.
10 minutes late or more can result in cancellation and or needing to reschedule, it can put my day behind .
